Thank you for shopping with Bio Spectrum Seeds. This Shipping Policy explains how we dispatch and deliver your orders. By placing an order on our website you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Domestic Shipping Only
We currently ship within India only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. Orders with an overseas delivery address cannot be processed and will be cancelled with a full refund.
2. Delivery Timeline
- Orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 days of order confirmation.
- Standard delivery takes 2–3 business days from dispatch.
- Delivery timelines may extend slightly for remote or non-serviceable pin codes.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated at checkout and displayed before you complete payment. Any free-shipping offers are shown on the cart and checkout pages.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation with tracking details. You can also track your order using the Track Order option on our website.
5. Delays Beyond Our Control
While we make every effort to deliver on time, we are not responsible for delays caused by weather, courier disruptions, strikes, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
